Motivation is leading the source of employee’s effectiveness in an organization. Therefore, this study determines the motivation factors that lead to an effectiveness of the organization performance, assess the relationship between the available motivation packages and organization effectiveness and assess how employee’s motivation affect organization effectiveness.
A case study design was used of 77 employees at National Social Security Fund. Data were collected through questionnaire method and the questions were distributed to all 77respondents. The sample were randomly selected from members of NSSF in Kinondoni district.
Quantitative and qualitative was used. SPSS version 20 was applied to summarize the data derived from questionnaire. Qualitative data these data were analyzed by means of narrative. Quantitative data derived from questionnaire were analyzed by means of logit model whereby the STATA version 15 was applied.
From the study most of respondent found were female 63.6% rather that of male which was 36.4% also majority 64.9% of respondents were motivated and 35.1% of respondent were demotivated in addition of that the analyzed data showed that major motivation factors were empowerment , praise and recognition and from the motivation packages available at NSSF the package was monetary benefit also level of education had positive relationship with the organization effectiveness with positive direct probability of chi 2 45.62 and P= 0.0001.
The study showed that employees motivation leading to the increasing of organization effectiveness also there are no sensible contentions to deny the way that motivation bundles arrangements have positive association with worker's execution and organization in totality. Thus, strong approaches to direct motivation bundles in private and open parastatal is fundamental, aside from this local government ought to make sensible spending plans to help nearby government in wide issues where motivation is to be a section. |
