This study aimed at assessing the key factors affecting procurement compliance in public organization. The main objective of this study was to learn the factors affecting procurement compliance in public organizations. The specific objectives were to examine organizational factors affect procurement compliance in public organizations; to assess personal factors affect procurement compliance in public organizations; to assess how operational factors affect procurement compliance in public organizations. The targeted population were 80 employees but those who took as a sample were 50 respondents. Simple random technique was used to select the mentioned sample size. Data were collected through questionnaire and observation. Data analysed by using Descriptive statistics. The relationship between independent variables and dependent variable were analysed using linear regression analysis. The study concluded that organizational factors, personal factors and operational factors affect procurement compliance. The findings revealed that procurement compliance affected more by the personal factors, also is affected more by organizational factors, and the last one is operational factors. The study recommended that; the organization must ensure that there is good cooperation or relationship between staffs (procurement personnel) and suppliers this it will make easy to the employees to make follow up, ensure on time payment to the suppliers, and also organization should make sure that they provide training to the employees about public procurement act and its regulations, Regional Administrative Secretariat Office should ensure that they promote motivation for their employees and also should ensure there is proper records management .
