The study was aimed to examine implementation of management control and its information system within an organization for attaining organization performance. The main objective was to assess the factors affecting implementation of management controls and its information system for attaining organization performance, in order to achieve the study the researcher observe the following, i) to assess the knowledge management factors affecting organization performance, ii) to assess the motivational factors affecting organization performance and last ii)to assess leadership factors affecting organization performance. The researcher used a type of descriptive research design in the methodology by using both primary and secondary data. A sample size of 18 employees among 20 employees on the KINONDONI REGION used and they are selected from different departments as compliance department, account department, membership department and claims department. Data were collected using questionnaires, interview questions and observation. The data collected was analyzed descriptively by SPSS and Microsoft excels with different forms of graphs, histogram and charts.
The findings from the study revealed that management control factors such as knowledge management factors, motivational factors such regular meetings, seminar and training, employees performance appraisal and promotion and leadership factors such as participation on implementation of different work programs, to make follow ups on complaints within an organization by the top management, help organization NHIF-KINONDONI REGION for attaining its organization performance, meet organization goals and meet the organization objectives. In some little details of knowledge management factors from top management within an organization such as staff regulation by controlling the movement of the staff and behavior within an organization, wearing of identity card by every employees within an organization with the help of identify employees of an organization to the member of the benefit fund, pre-action approval where by every activities done within an organization must have approval to avoid any miss-conduct of activities or variations. Also the motivational factors within an organization help much to meet the goal and objectives of an organization as a regular meetings within an organization, more seminars and trainings for facilitating more knowledge to employees and also the conducting supervision of the health benefit fund by the regional managers with the help of regional supervisors on his behalf for facilitating the completion of duties and task on time and also leadership factors described below help much on attaining organization performance. |
