dc.description The study planned to assessing the effectiveness of computerized accounting system on organization performance: A case study of National Audit-Dodoma. Kind of research design will be useful is case study survey design. The study was carried out at Dodoma region. Data will collect using questionnaires and documentary review to obtain information from TRA staff and customers. The study was uses primary and secondary data. Primary data was collected through survey questionnaires distributed to customers and staff of NA and secondary data will have obtained through review of documents like the TRA strategic plan. The population was 350 people and from the referred population, 90 respondents were selected as the sample. Simple random sampling and purposive sampling techniques were used to select respondents for the study. Information gathered will dissected utilizing Excel Software in which Tables and outline will connected to present broke down data and additionally the discoveries demonstrate that immediate assessments as announced by 100% of the respondents were gathered by NA through the help of obligation the executives and consistence segment which are in charge of the arrangement of direction to citizens. The researcher help to test hypothesis, the model was measured at a significant level, which implies that the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis has a strong significant, where the findings show that apart from the good service customers received from, the researcher recommended that the following things should be done to improve NA For computerized accounting system, proper maintenance and repair of current systems, tax collection should be far from each other to avoid contamination. The finance management should also follow the legal frameworks that balance the right to disclose against the right of confidentiality. The management should ensure that they have an open recruitment policy for staff based on merit in order to recruit qualified staff to enhance the quality of work in the organizations.
