dc.description This study assessed patients’ satisfaction with quality of service delivery at AAR hospital with specific objectives of determining the influence of effectiveness of care provided on patient satisfaction, examine the influence of safety towards patients’ satisfaction, and examining the level of excellence towards patients’ satisfaction. A cross- sectional research design was adopted and a sample size of 72 out of 100 respondents participated in the study. This study employed quantitative methods for data collection and judgmental method was used to select respondents in filling out the structured questioners. The data were statistically analyzed through the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS v20) using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. Generally, the results obtained between patient satisfaction and healthcare quality provided at AAR hospital depicted that, the model summary for effectiveness care was R= .246, R2= .060 which signifies for positive and weak relationship; for safety was R= .856, R2= .732 indicated that there was positive and very strong relationship; for professional excellence was R=. 621, R2= .386 implies for positive and moderate relationship and for culture and interpersonal excellence was R= .801, R2= .642 implies that there was positive and very strong relationship. It concluded that for AAR hospital meet effectively patient satisfaction there are some healthcare qualities that need to be improved including interpersonal relation between healthcare providers and patient and to have well trained professional that meet expectation and requirements of patients. Furthermore, the study recommends that there is a need for the hospital to increase the effectiveness of the service provided to the patient as they were less satisfied with the effective care given to them this can be done by providing time to time training to the medical practitioner on how they can increase the patient effectiveness care depended on changing environment. In addition, there is a need for interlinking government and stakeholders efforts towards eradication of different challenges in order to have secured quality health services.
