dc.description The purpose of the study was to examine the impacts of motivation to community education provision professionals on work performance, by considering the case of public primary school teachers and community development officer of selected wards in Shinyanga Municipality. Methodology adopted by the study included utilization of a quantitative research approach. Whereby, a survey research method was adopted with the use of closed ended questionnaires and interview as research tools. In line with adoption of probability sampling techniques in selection of research participants to inform the study. The findings of the study revealed that, insufficiency and unreliability of adequate motivation schemes to workers, both financial and non-financial have high effects on workers’ performance in terms of; Empathy in treating and cooperating with community members in need of their service, Responsiveness towards acting to their respective duty calls, Full time devotion to their assigned job duties, Service reliability and assurance as per the output required and Tangible aspects of the services they provide. Therefore, the study was of the recommendation that; authorities in capacity should make examination on the viability of existing motivation plans; profession advancement in relationship with the board, remuneration, advantages and workplace. This is to see their adequacy in making work comfort capacity to laborers at the referenced open establishments everywhere/national insightful as upgrades to improve employees’ responsibility and improve work execution performance.
