dc.description The study assessed the effect of workers’ engagement on the organization’s effectiveness. Specifically, the research aimed; to assess the workers’ engagement level, to examine the training and career progress impact, management, and labour environment on effectiveness of Sciex Limited and to propose strategies for promoting the workers’ engagement at Sciex Limited. In this research, a descriptive design was useful where 70 respondent were involved in the sample. The results of the research show that, the workers at Sciex Limited are committed to their work, they always cooperate to perform various tasks, engaged workers stay in the company for a long time before they leave for another company and they are punctual in performing their duties. Training, career development, good leadership, and work environment have a significant impact on the effectiveness of Sciex Limited. Strategies for promoting workers’ engagement include but not limited to worker empowerment, communication, training and development, and effective management and mentoring. The study recommends that the managers and leaders in the organization have to enhance workers' engagement in three-monthly meetings, weekly planned meetings and group building classes or collaboration sessions by giving workforces a chance to make decisions and express their opinions on various matters that will enable them to increase performance at work. Employees should be motivated to tackle concerns touching their occupations to shape the current policies. The company is advised to implement a wide organizational strategy that includes all levels of the organization to make sure that there are an acceptable execution and completion of tasks to improve performance in the organization. Also, a company is advised to have a strategic reward system in place to boost their productivity and job satisfaction which is crucial for retaining employees and keeping employees engaged.
