The analysed data were presented in tables. The study has revealed that the organization comprises of several policies corresponding to work-life balance which comply with the Employment and Labour Relations Act 2004 on working hours, working days, annual leaves and employees’ entitlements. The management also possess high influence pertaining to employee retention as a result of several motivation packages offered by the entity and several other measures within the organization.
