The study used a sample of 120 respondents comprising youth entrepreneurs, entrepreneurial academicians, government employees and experts. The methods used in the data collection were questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) was used to analyze the data.
