The purpose of this study was to explore the influence of secondary school management upon graduate teachers’ implementation of the curriculum. It was guided by four specific objectives; to identify ways by which the secondary school management provides graduate teachers with pedagogical support, in – service training and opportunities for study leave; to examine how frequently the secondary school management observes graduate teachers’ lessons, read their lesson plans and scheme of work; to determine what proportion of graduate teachers are able to cover the syllabus and; to assess the effectiveness of secondary school management support of graduate teachers’ implementation of the curriculum. The study was guided by conceptual framework based on the influence of secondary school management upon graduate teacher’ implementation of the of the curriculum which puts emphasis on provision of teaching and learning materials to graduate teachers so that the whole process of implementing curriculum could be achieved. It employed quantitative method where by a research design used was survey research design in which simple random sampling applied to graduate teachers in the selected schools. Ten head of schools were asked questions through structured interview guide and 120 graduate teachers were given questionnaires to fill. The data obtained were analyzed using statistical analysis. Recommendations were done in various aspects put emphasis on the provision of teaching and learning materials and the provision of support to teachers on teaching methodology and classroom management; provision of in-service training to graduate teachers together with the emphasis of ICT knowledge to every teacher
