This study presents a clear description of the report on the research findings focused on determining the nature of reality on the gender differences in vocational career aspirations to the high school students in Mwanza city; the objectives of the study depicts the intent of the study which is to determine the nature of reality on the differences between the boys and girls on vocational career aspirations while the significances to the beneficiaries includes the high school students that will have a proper and clear determinations of the vocational career choices. The Literature Review in its two sections has ascribed the self concept theory and other theories that have been used to guide the study as the first section while the second section has focused on how other researchers have tried to discover and contributed their knowledge to this study through their research findings. The methodologies also clearly are elaborated in chapter three in which population sample of 150 students was employed and the questionnaire method was used in the data collection in the study. This study sought to examine the differences based on gender and the outcome what if there is no gender differences, in chapter four the data were analysed and came up with the required information as in the charts number 58 to 86 describing the correlations of the compared results between the three schools which in chapter five has also been summarised; the findings or the results of the nature of gender differences on vocational career aspirations are the natural factors
