The purpose of the study was to investigate the contribution of ICT use in the management of public secondary schools, a case of Nzega district. Three objectives guided the study (i) to identify methods of classroom management in public secondary school (ii) to examine the effects of classroom management towards disruptive behavior in public secondary school (iii) to assess strategies to improve classroom management towards disruptive behavior in public secondary school. The descriptive survey research design was used to collect data from the selected population in which both quantitative and qualitative data collection approaches were employed. A total of 150 respondents participated in the study. Questionnaires were used to collect data from teachers and students. The interview guides were used to collect data from Heads of Schools, Ward educational officers, and district education officer. SPSS version 20 package was used to analyze quantitative data in which statistics such as frequency, percentage, tables, and figures were presented. Content analysis was used to analyze Qualitative data from Heads of Schools, Ward educational officers, and district education officer. The study finds that some schools use punishment as a method of improving student behavior, moreover, the study revealed that there is a low understanding of the strategies used to improve students‟ behavior, furthermore, the study revealed that there is lack of training to teachers on classroom management on students disruptive behavior. The findings of the study concluded that teachers should get training on the methods used in managing the classroom. Moreover, the study recommends that stakeholders and government should create policies that would create awareness to teachers on how to manage the classroom properly and motivate students in learning.
