A mixed approach method and convergent parallel design were employed. The sample of the study consisted of 265 respondents that included: 08 school heads from 08 schools, schools were given alphabets A-H to represent them, 57 other teachers, and 200 students. The study adopted purposive sampling technique to sample head of schools and simple random sampling for students and normal teachers. The researcher ensured reliability by using testing and re-testing method while pilot study tested the validity of the instrument. The data was collected through questionnaires, interview and observations and then analyzed by using Statistical Package of Social Science (SPSS) for quantitative data and descriptive analysis for qualitative and data was presented in form of frequency tables. The findings revealed that most of schools are not located in conducive areas because some of them are located in noisy places while others are far away from where students reside, so they are forced to walk a long distance to school, also it was found that most of the schools have inadequate school physical facilities like classrooms to accommodate all students. Lastly, most of students‟ have low morale for studies due to the fact that most of teachers do not stay longer at the school to assist them when assistance is needed. The study recommended that, school environment should favor students to make them concentrate in their studies.
