dc.description In this study, we attempted to examine the ability of Nigerian zebu cattle to cope with changing effect of climate especially thermal assaults/heat stress. Heat shock protein (HSP) 90 is a member of HSPs family that are upregulated when animals is expose to thermal conditions and they help animals to tolerate/survive thermal assault (Onasanya et al., 2020).
