Let me say that this is not only a great honour but also a great opportunity you have given me to participate in, what you rightly and proudly call, a peopledriven constitutional process. I sincerely and humbly thank you. With great humility, too, I wish to make a small contribution from the little much less people driven, I must say experience from your neighbour.
