The data was analysed for the purpose of evaluating answers and suggest the solutions of the study. The study found that there is poor relation between teachers and Education Officers, due to poor communication, unsatisfied with the service provided and poor participation. Moreover, the effectiveness of EO's faces a lot of challenges which are lack of administrative skills, lack of transport, insufficient fund and the perception and understanding of teachers on different matters. The study final findings come up with the information on challenges facing teachers due to EO's supervision, the study found that the EO's do not work effectively on ensuring that teachers are working into good condition, provision of in service training, delaying to give out feedback and respecting teachers opinion. Also the teachers do not enjoy the service provided by the EOs. This has come with a number of causes which mostly are equally on service provision, time management on service provided, lack of teaching materials to teachers and delaying on paying teachers arrears and extra work. The study recommend that, the Government should look on how to modify and recreate the system of administration especially in district and municipal for the purpose of solving problems advocated by the study.
