Furthermore, numerous challenges have been found to hinder the performance of water and sanitation projects, however, the most critical ones were the predicament of public institutions not paying their bills timely, poor distribution system, unaccounted for water and small coverage with a low public awareness on sewerage services. It was recommended that, the government should support its institutions to enable them pay their bills fully and timely. The government is also advised to use its good ways to help DUWASA upgrade its water supply network. In addition to that, the government is advised to consider enforcing connection to the central sewer system on the basis of health, environmental concerns and better town vi planning, finally, employees were advised to have a sense of ownership of their organization and build, a good culture of trust, honesty and commitment to their institution and should not liaise with, unfaithful customers to vandalize their properties.
