This study assesses 'The Impact of Mobile Money Services, Costs and Commission to Active Mobile Money Users on Economic Growth of Small and Medium Business. A Case Study of M-Pesa Agents in Dodoma Municipality”. The methodology used to conduct this study was exploratory and mixed in nature that included the use of various data collection tools to meet the objectives of the research. The study used primary data collection methods such as; observation, interview and questionnaires, also used secondary data collection methods such as documentation and internet while the population involved all M-Pesa Agents including Aggregator found in Dodoma municipality where 102 respondents were taken as a sample. Moreover the research study employ the use of qualitative and quantitative Data collection while in analyzing the data SPSS tools and or Microsoft excel package, coefficient of correlation and coefficient of Determination were used. The findings from this study found that, access to M-Pesa service is easy and favors‟ all while there is a weakness in tariff structure and commission structure, though all the key factors offers ground for mobile money to operate which then lead to increase in Active M-Pesa users. The exploration also found strong relationship between the Active M-Pesa users and Gross Domestic products (GDP). Nonetheless, the researcher recommends that in this domain more research might be conducted in order to deepen more information that provides answers and discuss the challenges of the use of mobile money on control of money laundering.
