This study exposes how one stop centres contribute to the reduction of children sexual abuse and violence in Urban District, Zanzibar. A simple size of 70 respondents from Urban district of Zanzibar were employed during data collection process. To make the data clear, Microsoft Excel used during construction of charts and figures. The study used both qualitative and quantitative research techniques. Both open and closed ended questionnaires, interview discussion and documentary analysis were used during data collection process. SPSS and excel were used in the data analysis of the content. The findings identify the contribution made by one stop centre in reduction of children sexual abuse and violence. It shows the magnitude of children sexual abuse and violence and elaborates the challenges facing one stop centres in Zanzibar. Finally, the study recommends to the responsible institutions to take remedial measure to end the issues of children sexual abuse and violence so that children will be in safe custody; hence they will be in position to access their various rights
