dc.descriptionPREAMBLE: Whereas the students body under umbrella of Tumaini University understands and believes that only a diligent, autonomous and independent student’s organization run democratically by the students themselves will be completely responsible to students themselves and hence serve their interest its best level. Whereas students at Tumaini University believe that an autonomous student organization will improve to a great extent, a cordial relationship based on mutual understanding between the students, other students organizations, management and Administration of the University, staff of KCMC and youths inside and outside Tanzania. Whereas Universities have shown that students individually and several have successfully and collectively accomplished their responsibilities given to them by the nation as citizen and future leaders of Tanzania. Therefore: i) We the students of the Kilimanjaro Christian Medical College of Tumaini University, resolved to establish a student organization of the Tumaini University to be known as Kilimanjaro Christian Medical College students Organization (TUSO-KCMC) which shall have all such power as stated in this constitution as approved by Council following the approval by the Board of Trustee. ii) TUSO-KCMC will always be ready to join any umbrella Organization catering for students at the National or International level, and will make sure that it participates effectively in all students activities as it deems fit to the interest of its members. iii) TUSO-KCMC bears no relationship with KCMC –SO name.
