dc.descriptionThe appel/ant was sentenced to fifteen years imprisonment by the District Court of Pangani (Kasonso, DM) consequent upon his conviction of the offence of robbery with violence contrary to sections 285 and 286 of the Penal Code. Aggrieved, he made a first appeal to the Tanga Resident Magistrate's Court with extended jurisdiction (Lema, SRM Extended Jurisdiction). He was unsuccessful hence this second appeal.
