Stay of execution of the judgment in Civil Case No.2 of 2003 in the Regional Court at Vuga, Zanzibar and Civil Appeal No. 36/2008 in the High Court of Zanzibar. 2. Costs of the application. 2 He deponed to an affidavit in support of the application, stating at paragraphs 1 and 2 that Civil Case No. 2 of 2003 at the Vuga Regional Court was dismissed on a preliminary objection before it was heard and determined on merit. At paragraphs 3 and 4 of his affidavit he stated that he unsuccessfully appealed to the High Court of Zanzibar which rejected his application for extension of time. | |
