| dc.description | This appeal centres on disputed ownership of registered land. In the District Court of Iiala, MARIAM MSATI, the respondent unsuccessfully sued ISMAIL RASHID, on a claim of ownership of plot No. 252 Block S Tabata in the City of Dar- es Salaam. Aggrieved, the respondent successfully appealed to the High Court which reversed the decision of the trial court and gave judgment and decree in favour of the respondent, hence the present appeal. The appellant has in the Memorandum of Appeal raised four grounds of appeal. | |
