The contributions of the findings to the system theory show that the organization like school institution in order to achieve the pre-determined goals must operate as whole. Thus the findings of the study show that in Karagwe District inadequacy of physical facilities as one of the components in community secondary schools leads to failure to accomplish targeted goals. Also, the government was advised to set up adequate budget that will enable the improvement of these facilities. | |
