dc.descriptionLand is a very important and valuable treasure, gifted by nature to human beings. Yet, always disputes arise from land. Thus, it is for public interest to settle such disputes effectively and expediently. To ensure that, the Government of Tanzania has established particular institutions giving them specific responsibility to adjudicate land matters. These are land dispute courts running from the grassroots or village level to the higher Judiciary body that are expected to effectively handle land dispute as to ensure sustainable land management.
