ABSTRACT The main purpose of this study is to establish the perception of female workers regarding sexual harassment at work places focusing Sekou Toure Hospital at Nyamagana District in Mwanza City. This research paper consists of six chapters. The First chapter contains an introduction which is the background of the Study and setting, objectives of the study, research questions, Profile of Sekou Toure, significance of the study and conceptual frame work. Chapter Two comprises of the Review of the Related Literature where it gives a critical detail on theoretical arguments which have been presented by different thinkers, also tells what other writers and researchers have discussed about the problem of sexual harassment at work. Also the researcher as shown the missing gap. Chapter Three consists of the research methodology used to accomplish this study. Several methods of data collection were used and these include questionnaire and Documentary. The researcher also used stratified, purposive sampling and the sample size had 60 respondents both female Doctors and Nurses from Sekou toure Hospital. Both qualitative and quantitative methods were used. Chapter four present and analyses research finding of the data collected, where the numerical data was presented using tables and the description was given on the non numerical data. Chapter five is an in depth discussion of findings. Chapter six consists of the conclusion and recommendations to the problem discussed.
