The study has investigated on the role of leadership style on the rise of teachers working morale upon the students’ academic performance. The study aimed to look on the dominant leadership styles practiced in primary school at Kibaha Town council, to look on the leadership style which promote high working morale, also to look on the influence of each type of leadership style which promote high working morale, also the study aimed to add knowledge on what to be done so that to rise working morale of teachers upon student academic performance. The research used mixed methods research design where by qualitative and quantitative data were collected and analyzed in the study. The major finding were most of high performed school practiced Democratic leadership style while the least performed school practiced Autocratic leadership style, also the study found that the uses of democratic leadership style has high influence on the rise of teachers working morale. The study involved 200 respondents where by teachers, ward education officers, and head teachers were involved .The study recommended that head teachers need to use Democratic leadership style which promotes high working morale of teachers, ministry of education should organize regular inspections so as to monitory leadership style, also the study emphasized that more training is highly needed to the head teachers so that they can promote high working morale of teachers. The study concluded that head teachers leadership style is a critical variable in teachers working moral there for it is important to engaged teachers in decision making and the government should promote teachers so that to rise education quality.
