| dc.description | The research report is about the factors affecting store operation and management .The study was conducted at Treasure General Diocese of Rulenge Ngara in Kagera region for five months from October 2019 up to February 2020 The main objective of this research report is to assess the factors that affecting store operation and management. The specific objectives are to determine the effect of employee competence on store operation and management, to determine the effects of record keeping on store operation and management, to determine the effects of management styles on store operation and management and to determine the effect of financial availability on store operation and management. Methods of data collection were questionnaire and observation , the selection techniques for the respondents were purposeful sampling, method from population of 62 employees of Treasure general diocese of Rulenge Ngara, where by 30 respondents were obtained. From the research it was observed that, there were four main factors that affecting store operation and management that are employee competence, record keeping, management styles and financial availability. Recommendation are improvement of an employee competence, proper record keeping , adopting good management styles and also an organization should have enough fund that will be used for investment and better allocation of capital. | |
