This study aimed at finding out the influence of work motivation toward employee work performance at three organizations, NSSF, PPF and PSPF. This research was guided with three objectives; namely determination whether motivation is effective answer to the challenges in an organization. To determine benefits and drawbacks brought by motivation and finally to determine concern of motivation as well as its purpose in the organization.
The Case study research design was used; this is because it enabled the researcher to study the organizations in a particular units. 100 respondents have been consulted
from various departments at those three organizations; there are Managers, lower level employees, supervisors and line managers. Focused discussions were also done to the heads of units meanwhile the researcher making own observation. With reference to the critical analysis of the data obtained from the field through various approaches as pointed out earlier, interpretation of the results together with discussion of the findings so obtained, presented in this chapter are the conclusion and recommendations i.e. the results obtained will form the basis for conclusion and recommendations. |
