The application scheduled for hearing before us had its original from
the ward Tribunal of Mburahati which decided against the applicant
Augustino Nyimbo. His appeals to the District and Housing Tribunal of
Kinondoni and later to the High Court (Land Division) were unsuccessfully
as well. He has now come to the Court seeking extension of time to apply
for Stay of Execution of the decision of the High Court. |
