In Criminal case NO.l062 of 2002 in "- _ l.. • ) the Resident Magistrate's Court, Arusha, the accused persons were (i) Justine Nyari (ii) Teddy Francis Goliama and (iii) Abdallah Mussa Mollel @ "Sanjoo". They were jointly and together charged with the offence of armed robbery ctss 285 and 286 of the Penal Code. The trial court acquitted the second accused person. The first and third accused persons were duly convicted and sentenced to a custodial.
