The National health insurance is shaping our world in different ways in trying to protect and enable it to maintain relative decent standard of life of people in different part of the world. Though it has face various challenges in its operation but it’s a real pride of Tanzania and worldwide as a whole.
The Research has provided as with primary data by interviewing respondents and there for a structured questionnaire has been designed and given to respondents to fill in. Secondary has been collected from documentation, books, and other materials related to this problem. in which this has been revealed in the five chapters of this research.
In data analysis, Quantitative have been analyzed quantitatively by Statistical software such as Microsoft Office Excel. Units will be presented by using graphs, charts, table and figures. Statistical methods that will be used in this study are descriptive analysis, Correlation Coefficients and Multiple Regression Analysis.
The findings of the study will help the Government policymakers to formulate various policies on Social Security matters. It will also help (NHIF) to evaluate its operation as to whether the service and benefit it offers reflect the real cost of living.
