The research is; Critical Analysis on the Rules of Natural Justice in the Higher Learning Institutions in Tanzania. Despite of various domestic laws that Tanzania has put forward to provide for the Rules of Natural Justice but the students has failed to acquire their rights based on such rules of natural justice due to the little observance of that rules by the administrators when dealing with several matters in the various universities. Under this study the researcher aimed at finding out whether the rules of natural justice are observed in full to the students in the higher learning institutions. In this research, data was obtained in both primary and secondary modes; the primary data were attained by ways of interviews, where by a number of twenty three students were examined in this study. While the secondary data were attained by documentary review in various books. Responding to the findings of this research the researcher recommended that there should be effective enforcement of the laws governing students especially provisions on the rules of natural justice with its procedures to be followed on deciding certain matters of students in higher learning institutions in order to make students aware, also the administrators they have to make sure they observed that rules when dealing with various matters concerning students in the universities. |
