The major aim of this report is to evaluate as to what extent the layman know the law governing urban house construction and how they observe and disobey the governing law .this issue of construction has been the major issue of discussion since there are various disputes which arose from the whole issue of construction for instance, the many constructors who do die while constructing the building since they faced same problem like falling down but they’re not compensated
The objective of the research is to evaluate the level of compliance in urban house construction using Mbeya city are the model, determine the contributing factor to compliance level and to determine effects of the compliance level to the population and to the environment
The problem arose from the objective of this report is this report is that the level of compliance in urban house construction is very low as the finding reveal most of the resident’s don’t even know that there are laws governing the construction of house I n the urban areas .this show a lack of responsibility in the part that is to be played by the city planning officer. |
