The research is refugees right to work in Tanzania colon practical challenges and prospects for realization. On how such rights has been implemented and how the laws in Tanzania at large has covered the needs of refugees to work due to the fact that right to work is the right entitled to any human being in fact that he or she is not in his or home land. A person who is regarded to be a refugee is that person under which he or she is not in his home land as far as refugee law concern; with consideration to the different factors which makes him or her to run away from his or home country, hence this due to that fact refugee as one like other person is entitled to work so as to earn something to pushing forward his day to day life in the foreign land Recently there is a large extent of increasing number of refugees in most Africa countries like Tanzania the particularly the convention concern the protection and right of the refugees tend to provide on how such hosting states of those refugee shall treat them by make sure that their get their full right including the right to work like other persons. So, the work will tend to find the background of the problem and suggest the possible findings and solution. Hence the main argument advanced in the study is the implementation of legal framework of the efficacy of the protection of the refugee right to work in Africa particularly in Tanzania and some other countries which tend to be one of the hosting countries for these refugees as to the matter of fact that the international instrument has already recognize their right to work so there will be an overview of both regional and domestic instrument concern refugee laws on the protection of refugee right to work.
