The aim of this research work is to examine the Right of Education to Disabled Children in Mbeya City Council. This is purposely for social economic development of disabled children’s as well as other persons with disabilities in general. Societies need to change with time and changes are crucial, without changes one cannot develop. International community has done a lot of efforts on framing ways to erase negative attitudes towards children with disabilities in order to rehabilitate these people. The enactment of laws such as Convention on the Right of Child, Universal Declaration of Human Rights which in one way or another lead to enactment of the Persons with Disabilities Act. Now as observed from field of study as well as from various written works, the researcher has seen that there is adequate of laws and policies with regards to the right of education because most of laws whether National, Regional as well as International provides the right to education, but on other hand the laws are not provided the accessibility of such right. Generally, the hypothesis has been proved as to the extent that there are few laws which are well provided the accessibility to education with regards to disabled children’s which resulted the negative attitude to the person with disabilities in general as far as most of them are not well given the chance to accessibility to education. Therefore, the organ responsible for making and amending of laws are entitled to amend laws and make strong laws and avoid some lacuna so that children as well as the person with disabilities may acquire a good knowledge and have an access to employment in different sectors as far as they have well knowledge
