This report is about the analysis of the law in protecting the right to work in relation to
unfair termination of employment contract in Tanzania Mainland. Despite of being with various legislation, international and national which provide for the protection of the right to work in relation to unfair termination of employees but also the violation of such rights. The research employed case study design particularly in Dar es Salaam Region within Tanzania.
In this study the researcher aimed to analyze the law and also to see how those rights of employees are still protected and finding out that the right of employees against unfair termination is still violated by the employers.
In this research work the researcher used data collection in gathering various information basing on this report them being, primary data which were collected through interview and questionnaires methods, secondary data was collected by using books, internet sources and articles.
Hence the paper at the end makes some recommendations in order to remedy the situation. The recommendations are aimed to recall for the restructuring and facilitating enforcement of the established legal mechanisms and to inspire new rules and amendment of the current law to cater for the prevailing problem of unfair termination of employment contract.
