It is an expectation of the researcher that, the persons once a problem occurs must be resolved in good manner and proper way so as to make the society safe, as per the issue of the problem of theft in which someone is depriving the another person from his right of owning properties through unlawful means as concerned, by violating the authority of the law, due to that results the society has been experienced the increasing with the number of people who are stealing repetitively after having being released from jail, while the purposeful was to reform the wrongdoers. The said crime is committed in the society basing in different reasons and the authority which is concerned with the reformation of the wrongdoers does not make effort to ensure that the law are strictly followed so as to make the property of any one safe through the obedience of the law of the land.
Hence, the findings of the study are expected to come out with the benefit in the affected to the various circumstances including inter-alia on the government, judicial organ and society at large as the main centre of the action done by the wrongdoers. The study also expected to provide the information for future researchers who may wish to assess on the same area of study.
This research report involves five chapters, where by chapter one covers General Introduction of Research Problem, while chapter Two deals with Conceptual framework of the study, chapter three with Legal Framework on the reformation; thereinafter under chapter four are involved Data analysis, Presentation of the data. Finally, chapter five Conclusion and Recommendation of the study. |
