It is an expectation to the people that once a problem occurs must be dissolved speedy to make the society safe, as per the issue of the problem of un disposable of a case files in Tanzania, three hypothesis were tested first, the procedure of disposing a case files is not addressed well by the law, second the challenges facing the registry person on the procedure to be followed are so pro-longed and lastly technicality rendered authorities being unable comply with the law. The data were collected from primary and secondary source. A random sampling technique was employed to make sure that members of every group of stakeholder participate in providing information concerning the problem. Therefore, the findings of this study are expected to be of benefit to the various stake holders including inter-alia the government, judicial organ, Police Force, national Prosecutions Office and society at large. The study also may provide data for future researchers in the same area of study. This research report involves five chapters, where by chapter one covers General Introduction of Research Problem, while chapter Two deals with Conceptual framework of the study, chapter three with Legal Framework; thereinafter under chapter four are involved Data analysis, Presentation and Interpretation. Finally, chapter five Summary, Conclusion and Recommendation of the study.
