This research assessed the provision of extrinsic satisfiers at MCC. Specific objectives were: to assess the extent to which pay influenced job satisfaction, to assess the extent to which promotion opportunities influenced job satisfaction and to assess the extent to which of leadership style influenced job satisfaction at MCC. The study was conducted at MCC using a case study design. A total of 40 respondents constituted the sample size of the study. Both secondary and primary data were used; primary data were obtained through interview and questionnaire while secondary data were obtained through review of selected literature. Both qualitative and quantitative approaches were used to analyze the data. The sampling techniques used were probability sampling technique which involved systematic sampling and non-probability sampling technique which used purposive sampling. From the findings it is clear that there is minimal attention paid to extrinsic factors influencing job satisfaction at MCC, majority of employees at MCC urged on pays that there is a need for their employers to consider annual salary increments, planned promotions and good leadership style. This has resulted to poor job performance, low employee productivity decrease in work morale and little customer satisfaction. The researcher recommends that MCC has to change and improve the above situation so that the organization receives a positive image and get success in achieving its objectives and strategic plan. To do so, the organization has to create an environment which will make employees satisfied.
