The results from the study have indicated that the relationship of the Uongozi Institute and the Finnish government has a positive influence in the course of improving the organizational performance. This is due to the fact that the organizational capacity of the Uongozi Institute is empowered by the supply of financial resources and technical support in order to execute their organizational operations in a more effective and efficient manner and adding value to the overall organization performance.
