Environment is the most commonly used by human being to manage their daily life world wide as in Tanzania. This study examined the issue of environmental management by the people in Tanzania. The study was conducted in Tarime urban council. Researcher gathered the information through interview, questionnaire and Observation. The researcher in this study found that the majority of the people are not well addressed with the issue of environmental management as the law prescribes. The researcher also explained and provided the meaning of different terminologies concerning environment which enable those who will pass through this report to understand easily what the research is all about and this have been placed in the second chapter. the researcher have attempted to consult different laws including international instruments, Regional instrument, as well as domestic laws, cases which enabled the researcher to clarify that the problem is a legal problem and needs legal considerations as per chapter three concern. The researcher proved that data have been taken and tested to answer the hypothesis. After that critical analysis of the data the researcher found that many people are not aware of the issue of environmental management which make the to be ineffective in practice. Generally the researcher tried to provide his opinions on what should be done so as to alleviate this problem in the country at large, and Tarime urban council specifically |
