This study assessed the factor that influencing employees job satisfactions in private organization in Tanzania. A case study of Kagera Sugar Limited. This study aimed at giving an overview to identify factors influencing employees job satisfactions in Kagera Sugar. This study specifically aimed to determine the influence of conducive environment to employee, to identify the influence of good leadership to employee and to determine the influence of training and development to employee. The study adopted the case study design the sample size of (44) respondents as total population of including all departments. The sample size formula founded by Carl Fredrch Gauss; data were collected using quantitative data with descriptive statistics with a help of specialized palliative care service. The study reveals that competitive advantage and performance of Kagera sugar comes from satisfied employees, so if management will satisfy their employees, they work hard to achieve organization goals, due to the fact that most employees were not satisfied with their job, were by (31.5%) were highly not satisfied and disagree with situation at their work place. The researcher recommendations are that, private organization should identify motives that increase job satisfactions among employee, also organization should have good leaders, who can influence their efficiency employees. Organization should have good leadership who can influence their employee capabilities, comment to employee, also involvement in decision making, with the respect to policy, organization should design policies that help to higher the level of job satisfactions among employee including investing heavily employee training and development of employee, also creation of opportunities for employee to learn new skills in their work and putting clear successful planning in the organization. Conclusively the organization need to put much effort on increasing the highly job satisfactions at work place to employee as well as to the whole management of the company
