The main objective of this study was to assess the impact of effective communication towards organization performance. The case study CRDB Bank Kibaha Branch Pwani. The study had four specific objectives which are: to examine the communication systems at CRDB Bank Kibaha Branch, to determine the rationale of effective communication at, to examine factors that limit effective communication at CRDB Bank, and to investigate the relationship between effective communication and employee performance. The study had a sample size of seventeen (17) respondents in different department at CRDB Bank Kibaha Branch. This study involves research instruments such as questionnaires, for data collection. The study revealed that communication affects employee’s performance in CRDB Bank Kibaha. The findings observed that employees are faced with different problems such as; ambiguity of information, poor communication skills and lack of access to information. The recommendations is to ensure effective communication relationship between top management and their subordinates through participating in decision making, express their opinions or ideas to the top management, also the researcher recommends that there is a need for CRDB Bank Kibaha to make an effort and ensure effective communication as an essential part of its management strategies and successful, through implementation of different communication training sessions to its employees on how to use understand and different communication skills at work place especially when communicating with their superior, themselves and customers at CRDB Bank Kibaha, this will minimize organizational conflict, less misunderstanding and promoting CRDB Bank efficiency but also it will help in attaining its objectives.
