dc.description	As the report titled “DELAY OF PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES CAUSE IN PRIMARY COURTS IN TANZANIA MAINLAND” which aimed to determine whether there is factors which contributing to the delay of probate and administration of estates cases in Primary Courts in Tanzania and also if there is a ways which can be made in order to overcome the problem so that the citizen can get their basic right at the right time. The method used in data collection included questionnaire, interview and observation methods. The researcher collected data from Hanagh Primary Courts together with various books, manuals, and relevant material, which enable her to reach in this stage. The researcher recommended to the judiciary that they must make sure that the probate and administration cases in Primary Courts before filing of the case the attorney for probate must make sure that he asked himself the question that for how long did expect the case to take in order to avoid the delay of cases. Also, the researcher recommended that the Primary Courts in Tanzania if possible, they have to make the way whereby the probate and administration of estates cases can be speed up in order the citizens can get their rights. This dissertation it contains five chapters whereby under chapter one cover the research proposal but here the tenses which used at the proposal are different with the tenses which are used here under chapter one. Chapter two it gives conceptual framework of probate and administration of estates cause in Tanzania Mainland. Chapter three it shows the legal and institutional framework of probate and administration of estates causes in Tanzania Mainland. Under chapter four it shows the factors contributing to the delay of the probate and administration of estates cause in Primary Courts in Tanzania Mainland and general overview on which ways can be used in order to avoid the delay probate and administration of estates cause in Primary Courts. Chapter five is the last chapter which contains conclusion and recommendations whereby the researcher do recommend to the parliament, Primary Courts of Tanzania together with Mzumbe University.
