All studied health facilities had more than 50% conducive infrastructure for LAR PPFP services provision, also commodities were available to all facilities by more than 75%. Postpartum implant insertion services were done by 100% of the facilities and Postpartum Intra-Uterine Device insertion is just provided by 34.4% of the health facilities. 87.5% of the study respondents were not ready for the services uptake in Kagera Region. Despite that,47%, 50.4% and 53.9%were aware had adequate knowledge and positive attitude respectively on PPFP services. Factors associated with increased Odds of clients readiness for service uptake include, the presence of barriers touse PPFP services (AOR=9.693; P<0.001). Primpara (AOR=2.654; P=0.037), No information about PPFP services(AOR=0.569; P=0.024) were statistically significant associated with LAR PPFP Services Use.
