The Applicant filed a Petition under Section 14 (1) of the Law of Limitation Act, Cap 89 R: E 2002, Section 16 of the Arbitration Act, Cap 15 R: E 2002, Rule 5 of the Arbitration Rules (G.N No. 427 of 1957), and any other enabling provisions of the law praying for an extension of time to file a petition to set aside an Arbitral Award made on 27th December 2013.
