dc.descriptionAbstract – Cantharellus fistulosus sp. nov from Tanzania is described as a close relative to C. schmitzii from tropical miombo woodland dominated by tree species in Brachystegia, Julbernardia and Isoberlinia. The species is characterised by having a hollow, smooth stipe and a pink hymenium that contrasts with the yellowish brown stipe and cap surface.
