A systematic random sampling approach was adopted in the sampling process. Primary data was collected using structured Questionnaires administered to 90 randomly selected respondents. Data were analyzed with the aid of SPSS and presented in tables and figures. Regression analysis was attempted to establish the relationship between Motivation and employees’ work performance. The study findings reveal that majority of the workers were motivated by working conditions, promotions, salary, recognition, appreciation for work done. The study also found that most employees believe that training, salary and incentives highly influence their work performance. The study also revealed that employees are highly satisfied with co-worker relations and work while the majorities are dissatisfied with salary, recognition, organizational rules, and promotion opportunities.
