It was again found that teachers, parental involvement in schools’ decision making needs more improvement. The findings indicated further that the some heads of schools were not given any kind of motivation and encouragement to both teachers and students. The study findings have recommended that school administration should create various students and teachers motivation systems that will fully motivate and encourage them to their level best. Enough learning resources should be provided to government schools within the municipality to improve academic performance.
